Community Comfort Program - Helping One Family Every Month
At Hunt’s Mechanical, we believe everyone deserves a safe and comfortable home. Heating and air conditioning isn’t a luxury in Tennessee. During the summer, extreme heat can become dangerous. During the winter, losing heat can put families at risk. Unfortunately, many people simply can’t afford unexpected HVAC repairs or complete system replacements. That’s why we created our Community Comfort Program.
Every month, Hunt’s Mechanical selects one individual or family in our community to receive assistance with their heating and cooling system. Depending on their needs, assistance may include repairs, equipment replacement, or other HVAC services at no cost. This program exists because our community has supported our family and our business, and we want to give back in a meaningful way.
Who Can Apply?
Anyone experiencing financial hardship or facing circumstances that make repairing or replacing their HVAC system difficult. Examples include:
Seniors on fixed incomes
Veterans
Single parents
Families facing unexpected medical expenses
Individuals recently unemployed
Families caring for children with special needs
Anyone experiencing genuine financial hardship

You don’t have to apply for yourself. We welcome nominations from:
Friends
Family members
Neighbors
Teachers
Churches
Non-profit organizations
Coworkers
Sometimes those who need help most are least likely to ask for it.
How It Works:
Step 1: Complete the Community Comfort Program application below.
Step 2: Tell us your story. Share what’s happening, why you need assistance, and how reliable heating or air conditioning would impact your family.
Step 3: Our team reviews every submission carefully.
Step 4:
One recipient is selected each month. If selected, we’ll contact you to inspect your HVAC system and determine how we can help.
What We May Provide:
Assistance depends on your situation and system condition, and may include:
Heating repairs
Air conditioning repairs
HVAC safety repairs
Replacement of failed components
Complete HVAC system replacement if needed
